Packaging & Delivery:

All parcels are sent in plain and discreetly packaging

Delivery time  - we aim to despatch all orders 24 hours of receiving your order. 

All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents.

Please note, all orders are processed before 3pm - If you order after this time, then your order will be processed the following business working day (Monday-Friday)

If you are not at home when delivery is made, the postman or courier will leave a card telling you where you can pick up your order or how to arrange re-delivery.

Delivery Costs: 

UK Recorded delivery - £9.95
The Royal Mail claim most parcels will arrive in 3-5 days. 

European Recorded delivery - £18.95 

Returns and refunds:

We value our customers and  want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange unused and unopened products within 14 days for alternative items or a full refund.

For reasons of hygiene we can only accept unused and opened items.

Faulty items:

If an item is faulty, please contact us immediately for return instructions. For a full refund, items must be cleaned and returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories and a covering letter explaining the fault. Faulty goods can be exchanged or refunded up to 14 days after purchase. After 14 days, an exchange will only be available. All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working.
